Get involved! LCFA is member-driven and relies on the support of the community to continue the time honored traditions of the annual Lake County Fair, educational programs in partnership with 4H and other public events year-round. Members receive a season pass and parking pass for the fair, in addition to other benefits.

The Lake County Fair is home to family fun and has created lasting memories for groups of all ages. Our Group Sales Office coordinates visits for gatherings of children, teens, adults, and seniors to make a visit to our Fair cost-effective. Organizations must be a registered non-profit or business entity. Proof of eligibility may be required before your order can be fulfilled.
Group sales orders and payments must be received by Friday, June 30, 2017
All public parking lots are located off of Midlothian Road - just North of Peterson Road.
Parking is FREE in the grass lot.
Preferred Parking, a paved lot located by the Main Gate, is available for $10 per day. Cash Only. No re-entry permitted. Complimentary accessible parking for vehicles bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) disability parking placards or license plates is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Preferred Lot

Free Shuttle Bus service is offered by FIRST STUDENT BUS COMPANY
Round-trip rides from the Prairie Crossing Train Station to the Main Gate during these hours:

Midway Rides & Games
The Midway, operated by Skinner's Amusements, opens at Noon Daily.
Ride costs vary per ride. Tickets are available at tickets booths located throughout the Midway. Due to safety reasons, single riders are not permitted.
All-You-Can-Ride Wristband Special: $20.00
Wednesday 7/26: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Thursday 7/27: Noon - 5:00pm
Friday 7/28: Noon - 5:00pm
All-You-Can-Ride Wristbands are ONLY valid at the above posted times. No exceptions. Discounted ride wristbands are not available for sale at the gate.
The Lake County Fairgrounds & Event Center is mostly ADA accessible, although some areas of the property are unpaved and therefore difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. Designated accessible parking for vehicles bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) disability parking placards or license plates is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Preferred Lot, located in the front of the Event Center.
Wheelchair rental is not available.
Allowed and Prohibited Items
For the fun and safety of all guests, all bags and vehicles are subject to search.
The following items are ALLOWED:
- Collapsible chairs
- Wheelchairs and motorized scooters
- Factory-sealed bottled water for personal consumption
The following items are PROHIBITED:
- Weapons, illicit drugs, and other contraband
- Bicycles (bicycle parking is available at the main gate - bikes are not allowed inside the gate)
- Other personal transport devices (skateboards, rollerblades, segways, hoverboards, etc)
- Coolers (exceptions will be made if for medication purposes)
- Pets other than service animals
- Outside food
- Outside beverages (empty water bottles are allowed - water fountains are available at the fairgrounds)
- Unauthorized promotional/vending items
- Professional video and audio recording devices without a media pass
- Tailgating is prohibited in fairgrounds parking lots
